Ericsson has delivered a new GSM/GPRS access network to Telefónica Móviles\' subsidiary, Movistar, the leading mobile operator in Perú, with more than 5 millions suscribers. As part of the agreement signed between both companies, Ericsson has provided the nationwide infrastructure to allow the GSM/GPRS radio access network as well as a complete range of services, such as service administration, planning and optimization of the network, among others.
