its strategic partnership with Digicel Pacific Ltd., the fastest growing

Digicel Samoa, the flagship operation for Digicel Pacific Ltd., which
launched services today, will use the Redknee solutions to provide
mobile users in Samoa with leading-edge wireless services and expand its
current subscriber base. Digicel Pacific Ltd. also has a license to
operate a GSM network in Papua New Guinea, and was granted a license in
principal from the government of Fiji in April 2006, as well as an
experimental license in the Solomon Islands.
